If you have ever been part of launching a startup, you know those who contributedoften get shirts at the launch party. Gadgetspace is proud to have been part of the Mobile launches of 4 of the 5 largest cable providers in the U.S. Gadgetspace consultants performed hundreds of thousands of person hours of work on the launches of Xfinity Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, Cox Mobile and Mediacom Mobile as Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts, Release Managers and Testing Managers.
Mediacom Mobile
Gadgetspace joined the Mediacom Team in Fall 2023 and celebrated their customer Mobile launch in July, 2024. We worked on rate plan development, mapping retail plans and Apple and Android devices to network features, mobile device testing, BYOD eligibility APIs, VoWiFi calling implementation and were a key part of their Employee Field Trial. Gadgetspace consultants helped Mediacom implement fraud protection systems and test their agent and customer self service applications.

Cox Mobile
Gadgetspace joined the Cox Mobile team at the time their mobile program was funded, and helped them write and evaluate mobile services RFPs, develop requirements for rate plans, design carrier API integrations, configure billing, and establish fraud and credit policies. Gadgetspace architects advised Cox Mobile across their sales, activation, data policy and usage systems and were proud to be part of their commercial launch in Spring, 2023.

Spectrum Mobile
Gadgetspace was at the first program management meeting with the Mobile Network Operator and served as Program Managers, documenting business rules, developing customer journey notifications and being in call centers at 6am on launch day. Gadgetspace Architects and Business Analysts developed requirements for Spectrum’s first and second generation mobile BSS/OSS platforms systems on MVNE and carrier-grade tools. We served as Product Managers for 5G Data Policy controls, eSIM deployment to millions of iPhones and advanced CBRS network features for hybrid provisioning, billing, and network troubleshooting.

Xfinity Mobile
Gadgetspace was at Comcast as part of the original 10 person mobile strategy team. Our consultants managed monthly meetings with the Mobile Network Operator, developed MVNE billing requirements, led CRM requirements development, tested Apple and Android devices and set up the first customer support teams, including writing their training. We are proud to see Xfinity Mobile operating millions of customer lines and use it ourselves as our mobile provider.
